All our curtains and roman blinds are custom hand made to your specific size using our own fabrics.

After ordering we will reach out to ensure sizing and details are correct. Our aim is to deliver your bespoke order within 4-6 weeks.

Roman Blinds:
- All our roman blinds have a safety complaint headrail and conform to Child Safety Standard BS EN 13120.

CURTAIN & BLIND INFORMATION
Curtains: All our curtains are ironed and pre-gathered with hooks attached so they are ready to be hung directly on your pole or track.
Roman Blinds: All our roman blinds come complete in the box ready to assemble into the inside our outside the window frame. All fixings to attach the blinds are included alongside instructions for assembly.
We estimate in total between 4-6 weeks for organising your order, making and finally shipping this to you. We keep in touch via email with regards to the progress of the order throughout making and delivery is tracked using FedEx.
In some instances fabrics might be out of stock or we might need a bit extra to complete an order, in which case we would be in contact to let you know the lead-time before progressing.
We will review each order to ensure we have all the right information to begin making your bespoke order. Once you place the order we will be in touch to make sure we are not missing anything or to double to check your measurements.
Ultimately however the measurements you provide we will make. As the product is bespoke and custom made to order once the order is confirmed and we start cutting fabric and making we cannot refund the order.
Yes. We will include all cut offs and excess pieces of fabric inside your order. You can then use this to make accessories and help reduce waste.
We currently do not offer this service online. However if you live in a 20 mile radius of our HQ in Devizes in Wiltshire we can quote you for fitting. Please get in touch with us.
We are happy to provide advice on fitting, installation. Our curtains & blinds come with fitting information included.
We send orders using reliable and well known FedEx tracked service. Our blinds and curtains are well packaged and protected during transit.
